If you are within Australia please allow up to 10-12 business days for your order to be processed. For any international orders please allow up to 25 business days for your order to arrive. 

We have two different shipping options available; 

STANDARD POST:  this option will be sent with Australia Post and is included in the shipping option.

EXPRESS POST: by selecting this option once your items have been posted you should receive them within 1-2 business days. Selecting this option does not mean that your items will be expressed through our packaging process. 

INTERNATIONAL POST: when you select this option your items will be posted via regular international post (through Australia Post) without a tracking number. Should you require a tracking number please contact us prior to placing an order and we can adjust the shipping cost for you. 

Please note that should you choose not to contact us to upgrade International Shipping with a tracking number  you are doing so at your own risk and we will not issue any refunds or reimbursement should your order be misplaced/not arrive. 


Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is only used for the purpose of processing your order. 

We will never give out or sell any of your information to a third party, or record any transaction details. Stripe & Paypal are our only payment methods as these are both secure and private. 


Please remember our product is hand made and has some individual character! 

We do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind. We will gladly replace items if they are defected or damaged or are significantly different from our item description. If you do require an exchange for change of mind or for sizing swaps you are responsible for the postage costs to return the item to us. 

We strongly suggest that you inspect all of your items upon their arrival; should there be any defects or damages to your goods you must contact us within seven days.

Should your size ordered not fit correctly please contact us to arrange an exchange of size or return your items for a store credit. 

There is no exchange or refund on any SALE items


If an item is faulty, wrongly described or vastly different from the sample shown on our website we will can either issue a full refund or replace the item for the same of different product.
